After another scorching day in the sun, i suddenly became aware of the fact that i was layered up in completely the wrong way. Having got out the house in the early morning chill, like many sensible people i layered up with a vest, t-shirt and blazer, without however bearing in mind that it was soon to get pretty warm in the next couple of hours. So today's outfit is inspired by the fashion dilemma of what to wear on a day like today. It's time to beat the chill, and blossom for the sun.
Layering is essential here, but remember you need to be able to delayer just as easy as it was to layer yourself up. It's a no to vest under t-shirts (unless of course your tee/blouse is see through, then go right ahead) and its a big yes to cardigans, denim jackets and blazer, the essential cover up for every sunny spring morning.
Denim Jackets are great cover ups on a chilly spring morning, paired with a floaty floral print dress. And when the heat showers on that sun kissed skin of yours it's time to ditch the denim and bare those arms. Go for a pair of tan sandals and accessories to reveal an element of boho chic.
